Founder & CEO

With over 15 years of dynamic entrepreneurial ventures, from a successful food business, to a private primary school, Tijana is a passionate leader and seasoned entrepreneur.

Armed with dual bachelors degree in economics, she founded CMS to empower small businesses through tailored strategies especially in marketing.

From crafting social media campaigns to executing targeted email and add campaign on Google and Facebook, Tijana excels in connecting communities through curated markets, fostering, sustainable relationships between vendors and customers.

With a vast network of connections and expertise in guiding startups in scaling businesses in organizational strategies, Tijana is not only your go-to partner for building your company, but also your trusted advisor and brainstorming ally.

Erin Jones

Administrative Specialist

Erin Jones is our go-to person for all things admin at Community Market Solutions. She first joined our team through her exceptional interior design skills, partnering with us to create the festive decor for Winter Wonderland—our inaugural Christmas market in Bowmanville. Erin's enthusiasm and positivity quickly made her an indispensable part of our team. When she's not working with CMS, Erin is busy helping clients craft spaces they love waking up to through her own business, Fort and Willow.

Chiara Moore

Executive Assistant

Joining CMS initially as a marketing student, Chiara has swiftly evolved into pivotal member of the team, excelling in her role as executive assistant.

Her passion for new project translates into flawless execution from the outset, demonstrating remarkable adaptability, and a keen eagerness, to support others.

Chiara shares commitment to community with entire team at CMS, actively participating in the markets, where her enthusiasm shines. Beyond work, she enjoys stroll through the neighbourhood with her two beloved dogs.
