Harvest Handmade and Local Market

In November 2023, we proudly hosted the Harvest Handmade and Local Market, marking our first indoor market at the Garnet B. Rickard Rec Center. This special event brought together over 50 vendors showcasing an impressive range of products, from fall-themed crafts to delicious seasonal treats.

Adding to the excitement, we featured five fantastic speakers who shared their expertise and passion on stage. Ryan Cullen discussed the nuances of farming, Kayla Ford delved into wellness, Teresa Shaver inspired with her insights on business, Shawn Stratton introduced the vegan film festival, and Jeannette Easton offered valuable perspectives on education. This unique market combined the best of a harvest-themed shopping experience with an enriching lineup of talks, creating a truly one-of-a-kind event where visitors could both enjoy and learn in a vibrant setting.
